This is achieved by presenting progressive classes as the participant’s skill improves. Training programs are not “pass/fail” as this would remove the pleasure from the training programs. This testing method is self-defeating. Training programs instead, simply on skill development and achievement. They also measure a progression for the student to follow which allows them to set goals for their achievement. When a boxer has a goal to focus on, they can chart development and focus on areas of improvement. And, of course, this can be applied in areas outside of the boxing training.
